If you disagree with any of the attendance data, you may appeal to the school within five (5) calendar days from the date of the notice.
You will be provided with an Attendance Percentage Appeal Form by a school official and will have an interview with your teacher.
You must submit the completed form along with supporting documentation to the office.
No changes will be made to your attendance record if the form is not submitted.
At the end of each month, attendance data becomes final and can no longer be challenged.
